Without question, the professionalism, quality of stylists/colorists, and overall experience is exceptional at this salon. Zak (stylist) and Pierre Alain (colorist) are masters at their craft, each taking time to discuss together what will compliment my cut, face shape and look I want. It is clear they have both been trained by the best; I always leave there feeling beautiful. I receive unsolicited compliments on my hair by people on the street on a regular basis, something I had never experienced before going to this salon!
Also, a special note about Dorothee in the spa: she is the best! After a facial with her, it is like I got an instant face lift. My skin is glowing and radiant, and she knows exactly what my face needs in terms of treatment (cremes, serums for dry skin and wrinkles, toner for redness, etc.). My skin has never looked better, thanks to her.
The entire salon staff including reception, stylists, colorists, shampooers, and estheticians are equally attentive and kind, and will tend to your every need. They will make you feel like a movie star. I am so happy to have found this salon!
A great experience with Zac and Pierre Alain! Friendly and welcoming, they both worked magic on my hair to give me beautiful blonde highlights and big bouncy style.
Beauty center (hairdressing, aesthetics, etc.) in which the service is of a very good standard, great professionalism. The treatment cabins on the first floor also offer a very pleasant view of the city but in a calm and relaxing environment. Customer care at the beauty center or hairdressing area is organized and professional. Extremely rare that a schedule is not kept.
I’m definitely going back. The service is 5-star and Juri is not only skilled, but he is also a good teacher & charming.
I had a great experience at Dessange. I finally got the color I've been looking for after 2 years in France. Zak the stylist spoke great English and made sure I got what I wanted. The salon was clean and the staff nice. I'll be back
